We are very proud to announce the December 2006 opening of our new head office and quality guest house: T.K. House, on
the corner
of Romjid Road and Narathip Road, Cha-Am Beach, just 2 hours (108miles/175km) South of Bangkok.
T.K. Guest House Cha-Am is in an ideal location. The adjacent section of the beach promenade is where you will find the best from all
of the Thai festivals in Cha-Am. Just a 2 minute stroll from our reception, you will find the beach square.

A number of events are held here throughout the year. These
include: daily keep fit, the bi-annual OTOP Thai traditional
handicrafts market,food and sea festivals galore.There are
numerous small cafés and restaurants adjacent to T.K. Guest House, serving a full range of Thai and European foods at
very low prices. If you fancy a moon lit romantic night in
looking out to sea at the fishing junks from your balcony,
we can arrange your food and drinks to be delivered to your room from an ala carte menu. Alternatively,the night life in
Cha-Am
is just a leisurely 10 minute walk away.

We have renovated and upgraded T.K. Guest House Cha-Am Beach from top to bottom. Everything is new and to high European standards.
A large number of rooms have balconies and/or lounge areas and even the smallest rooms feel very comfortable. All rooms are fully fitted
with king-sized beds, large wardrobes, refrigerator, cable T.V. hot showers and air conditioning. For your peace of mind, we have installed
fire-fighting equipment on each floor and a fire-escape which exceed all local fire regulations.

Room prices range from just 800 baht for up to 3 people, to our largest ‘apartment style’ room at 2000 baht for up to 6 people,
